Bio
With over 40 years of commercial real estate experience, Ed Price is responsible for all Property Management Services consisting of approximately 15 million square feet of Commercial, Industrial, and Retail space in Florida.
Ed is currently a member of BOMA and NFPA. He oversees a management team of approximately 57 employees and is directly responsible for all Property Management quality control programs, budgeting, systems standardization, property level financial reporting, and capital projects.
Ed is an experienced receiver in the State of Florida, having worked on over 460,000 square feet of commercial, office, and industrial properties statewide.
From 1984 to 1995, Ed was Director of Operations for Lincoln’s Southeast region where he was responsible for the Engineering Operations of approximately 3.2 million square feet of Commercial Office, Industrial, and Banking facilities. He was also responsible for implementing standardized preventative maintenance and other quality control programs. During that time, he also implemented standards for energy conservation, safety, and building systems maintenance.
