Taking advantage of an opportunity to bring his extensive investor/owner representation and construction services experience to bear on behalf of corporate clients, Ed joined the CRESA
Partners w Atlanta office in 2000. Applying a unique combination of human relations skills and technical abilities, the challenges of each client project are approached with creativity, market intelligence and optimism. Prior to joining CRESA Partners, Ed was responsible for property sales and leasing for industrial and office parks comprising over 4.4 million square feet of existing buildings and over 2,700 acres of available land. His experience encompasses projects that have ranged in size from 2,500 square feet to over 250,000 square feet, and having represented large investor/owners such as Equitable, Lincoln National Life and Prudential enhances his value to corporate clients.
