Mr. Bluemel is an experienced real estate professional with a demonstrated history of working in all areas of the commercial side of the industry. Skilled in Technical Underwriting, Financial Analysis, Market Research, Management, and Dispositions. Strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) focused in Economics from Northwestern University.
During his career, he has arranged in excess of $400 Million in real estate financing, property sales and mortgage note sales. As Director of REO at a regional bank, Mr. Bluemel was responsible for the management and disposition of over $88 Million in mortgage notes and real property, overseeing a 500+ property REO portfolio in the Chicago market.
