Bio
Eddie Toledo is a First Vice President of Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office and is responsible for business development, acquisitions, and dispositions throughout South Florida. He joined the firm in 2018 and immediately gained recognition earning the coveted "Rookie of the Year" award.
Eddie has completed transactions across various asset types including Retail, Industrial, Multifamily, and Land Development. During his tenure at the firm, he has amassed a network of private and institutional clients. As a Miami native, Eddie has a deep understanding of the local market. His main areas of expertise include property evaluation, implementing marketing strategies, and advising clients on the capitalization of current market conditions.
Eddie is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he earned a bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Loyola University.
