Eduardo Silva is not your average Guatemalan. Born in Guatemala City, he has lived in Idaho since 1987 when he came to attend Northwest Nazarene University, graduating in 1990.
For 25 years, he worked for the State of Idaho analyzing the economy, population, and housing markets—experience that now gives his real estate clients a powerful advantage.
For the past 11 years, Eduardo has thrived as a Top Producing Realtor®, known for his professionalism, market expertise, and genuine commitment to serving his clients’ needs. He is also a certified court interpreter and the owner of a successful translation agency. Being bilingual and bicultural has given him the ability to connect with people on a deeper level, helping clients feel understood and supported through every step of the real estate process. Outside of work, Eduardo’s passion is soccer.
