Edward Brinkman has been in the real estate and investment business in Hawaii since 1987. He has assisted a variety of national and foreign companies in the acquisition and disposition of Hawaii investment properties including, Academy Shuppan Company of Japan, Divetronic Company of Liechtenstein, Chaminade University of Hawaii (he assisted them with 2 different apartment building purchases for student housing) and Roberts Hawaii (he sold a 72 unit apartment building for them in Waikiki). With a strong background in commercial and residential financing and property management, Mr. Brinkman has become one of the most sought after Real Estate Brokers in the Honolulu Market for Sales and Expert Consulting. Previously listed in the Pacific Business News ten years in a row in the top 25 for annual commercial and residential sales, he also does house, apartment building, vacant land and even condo sales as small as $15,000 (leasehold, co-ops…) with equal vigor and passion.
