Mr. Bushor founded Tower Development Inc. in 2011 as a fully Hawaii-based real estate investment firm. As CEO and Chairman, he leads the strategic investment decisions and overall direction of Tower’s vertically integrated operations and its affiliated companies.
Prior to establishing Tower and focusing exclusively on the Hawaii market, Mr. Bushor acquired and renovated value-add real estate projects across both Hawaii and the mainland United States.
