Mr. Edward Martin is the Founder of MLC Properties and serves as its President. MLC Properties owns and manages Apartment and Investment properties in the Intown neighborhoods of Atlanta. A real estate investor for over 25 years, he has held an active real estate broker's license with the Georgia Real Estate Commission since 1984. Mr. Martin began his career in commercial real estate with Richard Bowers and Company in its Land and Investment Property division. He was also employed by Wachovia Bank (predecessor to Wells Fargo Bank) in Residential Development & Construction Financing. Mr. Martin is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, IREM and the Atlanta Apartment Association. He obtained the CCIM designation, and is a Certified Commercial Investment member. Mr. Martin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia. He lives in Atlanta and is active in the community. He enjoys spending time with his family and cycling, fishing and golf in his spare time.
