Ned Roberts joined the Richmond office of JLL as a Senior Vice President in 2009. Tenant Representation is his primary area of focus representing the interests of corporations and professional firms in their comprehensive real estate needs. He has extensive experience advising clients and acting on their behalf for the relocation, renegotiation and disposition of office space. Ned has significant experience negotiating commercial real estate
transactions within the legal and financial sectors.
Ned has been an active practitioner in the Richmond commercial real estate community since 1985. He has handled hundreds of leasing and sales transactions totaling over $650,000,000. Prior to joining JLL, Ned was with GVA Advantis (formerly Goodman Segar Hogan Hoffler and Virginia Realty and Development Company) for 24 years where he advised clients on all aspects of commercial real estate. Prior to working within the commercial real estate industry, he was an attorney with Mays & Valentine (now Troutman Sanders), concentrating in Business and Tax Law.
