Ed Hoel is the Managing Principal of CresaPartners in Cary, North Carolina. With more than 18 years of knowledge and experience in the commercial real estate industry. Ed and his team specialize in consulting with buyers and tenants, providing them with creative and effective solutions for managing their space requirements.
Before joining CresaPartners, Ed was the president of Triangle Commercial, which he co-founded in 2001. Prior to Triangle Commercial, Ed was Vice President of Brokerage Services at the Raleigh office of CB Richard Ellis. Prior to this, Ed worked with Morris Commercial, Inc., where he was responsible for brokerage and leasing activities in the Triangle.
