Mr. Woods oversees the Southeastern divisions of DRB Group’s four builder brands and the DRB Group Residential Development Services operations. Having held key leadership positions for Top 5 National Homebuilders for fourteen years, Edwin joined the DRB Group in 2012. Prior to his role as EVP and south region president, he was a division president. As the Greater Raleigh metro division president, he grew market share to the #1 private homebuilder and #3 builder overall. Mr. Woods is a Building Science and Construction Management graduate of Appalachian State and holds his MBA from Queens University.
