I’m Egesta Bala, Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty, one of Southwest Florida’s top producers and a trusted real estate advisor specializing in commercial, investment, luxury, and development real estate throughout Florida.
My experience spans both residential and commercial real estate, with a strong focus on multifamily investment properties, commercial properties, family-owned and boutique hotels, development sites, commercial land, income-producing assets, portfolio building, 1031 exchanges, pre-foreclosure opportunities, new construction, luxury and estate homes, waterfront properties, vacation homes, and relocation.
Real estate, to me, is about much more than closing a transaction. It is about understanding the financial and personal objectives behind each acquisition or sale, identifying opportunities, evaluating the market, and developing a strategy that supports my client’s long-term goals.
