Bio
Elaine Marquardt joined Savills in June of 2013 as a commercial real estate consultant representing occupiers in leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. As a broker in the firm’s Philadelphia office, Elaine provides local and national companies a plethora of advantageous services including market research, financial analysis and forecasting, portfolio management, transaction management and lease negotiations. Elaine’s expertise extend to many industries, but her specialty lies within the nonprofit, legal, healthcare and financial services sectors.
Prior to joining Savills, Elaine spent seven years with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, eventually becoming the director of office services in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Her responsibilities ranged from tenant representation and agency leasing to client retention and new business development, where she substantially excelled. She worked with such notable clients as Arthur J. Gallagher, Verizon, The Estée Lauder Companies, Cricket Communications, Keystone Property Group, and The Rubenstein Company.
Elaine began her professional career in finance as an account manager with Aon for three years. While working there, she consulted clients regarding their financial and cash flow analyses, as well as performed marketing activities and negotiated competitive premiums. After three years, Elaine moved onto becoming an assistant vice president with Marsh, where she managed several Fortune 500 companies with premiums in excess of $20 million, all while maintaining a 100% yearly client retention rate and increasing revenue of her existing accounts by 15-20% per year.
