Eli Hiekali joins CBRE as an Associate, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge, and an unwavering drive to succeed. A graduate of the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Eli significantly contributes to the success of John Boyett’s renowned Multifamily team, which has completed over $500 million in total volume across more than 200 transactions. Eli is dedicated to delivering exceptional results for his clients, leveraging his extensive background to offer insightful and effective transaction execution and advisory services.
Eli's diverse experience in real estate began in his youth, gaining valuable industry insight and passion from shadowing his father's real estate ventures. He went on to work for Atoga LLC, where he learned the financial intricacies of analyzing prospective investments, and performing day to day management of properties. Prior, at Morlin Asset Management, Eli excelled in budgeting, creating original Excel modules to forecast revenues and expenses for a 40-unit property. Eli also worked as a Project Engineer at Shangri-La Construction, where he collaborated with a team of project managers to oversee, manage, and budget the day to day construction of two 90-unit apartment buildings in the veterans campus in Brentwood, California.
