As a Leasing Representative at Pacific Retail, I manage the leasing of Park Place Mall, Capital Mall & The Shops at Palm Desert. I work with a diverse portfolio of tenants, ranging from national brands to local businesses, and negotiate deal structures that meet their needs and maximize the value of the properties.
Previously as a Leasing Representative at Regency Centers, I managed the leasing and asset management of 28 shopping centers in Southern California, totaling over 3.6 million square feet. I started my career in retail brokerage, where I served as a Transaction Manager and an Associate at Western Retail Advisors, facilitating lease transactions for landlords and tenants across multiple markets. I have a strong background in real estate, with a Master of Management in Real Estate from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business, where I learned the fundamentals of market analysis, valuation, finance, and development.
I am passionate about creating vibrant and sustainable communities through retail leasing, and I am always looking for new opportunities to expand my network, knowledge, and skills.
