Elia S. Gris, P.T. is a Licensed Physical Therapist and an entrepreneur. He started his career in Physical Therapy upon his graduation from Cairo University in 1979. Shortly after, he immigrated to the United States and worked for a couple of years at various hospitals and clinics before establishing his first clinic, Valley Physical Therapy Clinic, in 1989. Over the years he owned and operated several healthcare businesses, including Pacific Coast Healthcare and American Homecare Health Services, with the same goal and purpose in mind: To provide services congruent with the concepts of altruism, professionalism and social responsibility.
In October 2004, Mr. Gris founded Santa Clarita Valley Therapy Services. The clinic currently employs over 20 full-time clinicians and other personnel and operates in a 5000 sq. ft. state of the art facility. Mr. Gris ensures that all staff stays up to date with the best physical therapy techniques and cutting-edge technologies to best serve its community and provides staff with the education and equipment necessary to facilitate it. Some of the new advancements in physical therapy techniques that are currently being used at Santa Clarita Valley Therapy Services include a Biodex Balance System, BFR Training, Fit Lights System, Rogue Resistance Bike and Lymphedema Pneumatic Pumps.
Mr. Gris has been happily married for 25 years and has three college-aged children. He enjoys travelling, fine whiskey and an occasional cigar.
