Elida joined Houston Center Realty as a Realtor Associate in the Summer of 2019. She has 10+ years experience in sales as CEO of her own retail company. Her background in sales and customer service allows her to provide clients with the best experience in the purchase or sale of their home.
Elida earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Houston in 2009. After college, she worked with her family’s contracting business helping with permits and inspections in several construction projects. Elida developed a comprehensive understanding of real estate and development operations through this experience.
Her main interest is commercial property transactions and development opportunities. Elida maintains her continuing education in real estate in order to stay abreast of the industry’s latest trends and strategies.
