Elie Censor joined Norman Bobrow & Co. in 2004 and has acquired detailed knowledge of the New York City real estate landscape. He is a skilled negotiator and provides market education, site selection, negotiation, architect consultation, and subleasing services – a “full-service” approach that today’s corporate client appreciates.
Elie has represented firms in the fields of accounting, insurance, hi-tech, media, jewelry, healthcare, and finance, amongst others. Some of the notable transactions that he has recently been involved with the disposition of over 30,000 SF for Amerigroup in Downtown Brooklyn, Honora Pearls (a Berkshire Hathaway Company), and ComplexCare Solutions (a Warburg Pincus Company).
