Elisabeth Beausoleil is an accomplished real estate investor and property management professional with 28 years of experience across a diverse portfolio that includes light industrial, multifamily, storage, single-family, and retail properties. Her career has been built on long-term asset strategy, hands-on management, and a deep understanding of both operational and investment-driven real estate.
In addition to her investing background, Elisabeth spent 10 years as a legal assistant in an ad valorem tax firm and more than 20 years as a partner at Soleil Asset Management, LP, overseeing multiple companies focused on buying, selling, and managing real estate and stock assets. Together with her husband, Mark, she also co-owns SmashGolf Academy, LLC, a golf training facility in Liberty, Texas, and manages golf tournaments that benefit nonprofit organizations. Outside of work, Elisabeth has a passion for interior design—particularly vintage and grandmillennial styles—and enjoys running, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. She has been married for 25 years and is a proud mother of three.
