I'm Eliza Vasquez, a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Certified General Appraiser based in the Lower Rio Grande Valley, Texas. I help clients unlock the full potential of their real estate assets through a combination of valuation expertise, market insight, and strategic brokerage.
With a background in both real estate brokerage and appraisal, I bring a 360-degree perspective to every transaction—whether you're investing in land, leasing a retail center, evaluating office space, or analyzing the highest and best use of a development site.
Licensed since 2019 and certified as a general appraiser since 2017, I obtained my broker license in 2023 and am currently a CCIM candidate. My experience spans retail, office, multi-family, land, industrial, hospitality, and ground leases.
I’m deeply committed to my community and industry. I’ve served on the Brownsville Public Utilities Board Consumer Advisory Panel from 2020 to 2024, including two years as Chairperson, and currently serve as Chairperson of the City of Brownsville Planning & Zoning Board, where I’ve been a member since 2022. These roles reflect my dedication to thoughtful, sustainable growth in our region.
As a proud member of both the Brownsville/South Padre Island Board of REALTORS® and the Greater McAllen Association of REALTORS®, I’ve contributed to key committees including Commercial, MLS, and Bylaws. I’m also a Leadership Brownsville graduate and spent over a decade advocating for vulnerable youth as a CASA volunteer for Cameron and Willacy Counties (2012–2023).
