Elizabeth Gagliardi serves as a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Downtown Chicago office. With over 17 years of experience representing clients in dispositions, joint venture structuring, portfolio sales, valuation and underwriting in the multifamily industry, Elizabeth has been involved in transactions valued at over $2 billion throughout her career.
Elizabeth joined Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets group in 2020, after serving as a Senior Vice President for fourteen years at JLL, co-leading the Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales team. In this role, she was responsible for business development, financial underwriting and representing owners in the sale of multifamily assets in the Midwest region. Prior to JLL, Elizabeth worked at Deloitte.
