Elizabeth Giordano (Betsy) brings 26 years of experience to the residential and commercial real estate markets, representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors throughout Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, and Mercer Counties.
Her commercial focus is retail, office, and mixed-use leasing and sales — tenant and landlord representation, site selection, lease structuring and negotiation, and the pricing and marketing of investment properties. Clients rely on her for a clear view of comparable deals, realistic pricing, and a negotiation process that keeps the transaction moving. She also handles land acquisition and works with builders, carrying projects from site acquisition through the sale of finished homes.
