Elizabeth Goldware is a Director in the Multifamily Group at Crow Holdings Capital, where she focuses on acquisitions, asset management and dispositions across the various multifamily investment strategies. Prior to the multifamily team, Elizabeth spent 5 years on the Food & Service retail team focused on acquiring unanchored retail strip centers.
Before joining CHC in 2019, Elizabeth began her career at J.P. Morgan in the Private Bank in 2013. After completing the analyst program there, Elizabeth moved to Trademark Property Company to focus on commercial real estate. At Trademark, she specialized in retail asset management and the redevelopment of mixed-use shopping centers.
Elizabeth received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University. She is currently a member of The Real Estate Council.
