Elizabeth O’Dowd is an Account Manager in the Houston office supporting the Office Agency Leasing team of Chip Colvill, Michael Anderson, Win Haggard, Damon Thames, Brad Beasley, and Diana Bridger. Elizabeth has diverse responsibilities to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. She prepares BPOs, OMs, and listing agreements and provides design and project management support for pitch books and property marketing initiatives, among other key Agency Leasing tasks.
?Previously, Elizabeth served as a Project Associate at Savills, managing projects for a broker team. Her responsibilities included tracking production pipelines, processing confidential transaction documents, monitoring critical dates, and maintaining CRM data. Elizabeth also supported the research team with national and international market research. Prior to that, she was a Client Services Coordinator at Savills, where she compiled market data, prepared marketing materials, and managed e-campaigns.
Elizabeth graduated from The University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in art history.
