Elizabeth Perez developed a passion for sales and working with people throughout her career as a trustworthy professional for 27 years. To add to her strength her Son Manuel Perez IV a graduate of FIU and Qingdao University joined her team in early 2013. After completing his MBA in 2008, Manuel worked at a Chinese-American holding company, where he became Vice President of Business Development. There, he interacted with government officials and indigenous populations while working with other Chinese and South American Companies and successfully opened two mining operations over the course of three years. Manuel is the VP of the Commercial Department. One of his strengths is his research and analytical skills for finding the right investment or commercial property.
