Ellen has been with Ozzy Properties since July 2000 and is fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the commercial property portfolio. Her primary responsibilities include ensuring our tenant’s long term satisfaction, overseeing major maintenance and capital improvements for all properties and engaging with local municipalities and business leaders as a good corporate citizen. Ellen earned her bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University.
