Ellen joined RPM Development in the company's infancy state. In her more than twenty-five years with RPM, her role has evolved and changed as the company has grown. During these years of company growth, Ellen has performed as director in many key areas such as human resources, property management, leasing, employee benefit administration, and the overall administrative coordinating of the day-to-day corporate operations.
Bringing invaluable institutional knowledge to the team, Ellen's current role allows her to split her time between the office and the field. Ellen now oversees RPM's entire commercial portfolio including leasing, tenant fit-outs, and on-going management. Additionally, she is responsible for all Risk Management, Company Liaison for legal proceedings, as well as supervising and coordinating office support staff and maintenance employees across RPM's properties.
