Bio
Elliot joined Landsman in 2001 and is currently responsible for the oversight of commercial management activities including property operations, financial planning and staff development/management to maximize overall portfolio performance. In his previous role as Operations Manager, Elliot worked with educational institutions such as Rochester City School District, University of Rochester’s Eastman School of Music and The College at Brockport. His clients know him for his high energy, excellent communication skills and as a dedicated partner to accomplishing their goals and objectives. Through strong tenant relations, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the portfolio while maintaining a fiduciary responsibility to the property owners. Elliot is a Certified Manager of Maintenance through the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM) and a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
