Elliot joined Broad Street Development in 2020 and manages BSD's Marketing for commercial and residential properties across NYC. He currently serves as a Property Manager and Residential Leasing Agent overseeing four luxury buildings in the SoHo/NoHo neighborhood.
Prior to his current role, Elliot worked as a New Development Construction Associate, where he successfully managed the day-to-day operations of completing 40 Bleecker, a luxury condominium development in NoHo.
Elliot holds a BSBA in Marketing from Drexel University, LeBow College of Business, with a minor in Real Estate Management and Development. He is currently enrolled in NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he is obtaining his Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment.
