With 15 years of experience Elvis has been a trusted resource for many people seeking to achieve their home ownership and real estate investment goals. As a licensed Broker and REALTOR®, he heads a boutique brokerage based in Providence, RI.
Elvis grew up in NYC where the competitive atmosphere drove his ambition to find success despite disadvantages. Elvis established a professional career working in the financial and operations side of the fashion/apparel industry. In these roles, he directed and negotiated strategic investments ensuring the profitability of major brands for Fortune 500 companies.
However, real estate was his passion and so he used his salaries to make his first investments. At age 23, he was the youngest ever shareholder of the Executive Towers residence famously visible from Yankee Stadium. By age 27, he was the youngest ever elected to its Board of Directors. He went on to buy, sell, rehab and manage multifamilies in NYC, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He now resides in Smithfield, RI with his family.
His Santana Team sales group assists clients directly in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Clients can count on Elvis and his passion for results to work on their behalf.
