Ember has been a dedicated commercial real estate professional since 1993, specializing in the sale of investment properties. He has successfully closed hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions across the Midwest and played a key role in some of the largest investment deals in the Omaha area. Ember has represented a diverse range of clients, including Private Equity Groups, REITs, Tenant in Common sponsors, and individual investors, in the acquisition and sale of office buildings, shopping centers and industrial properties. Ember has won CoStar’s Power Broker award eight times, the CCIM “Big Deal” award 16 times and was inducted in the Midwest Real Estate News Hall of Fame in 2023.
