Before emerging as a trusted real estate expert, Emil built a respected career in pharmacy after graduating from St. John’s University College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions. As a Pharmacist, he understood what it meant to listen, educate, protect, and advocate for his patients. When he transitioned into real estate, he brought those exact same values with him—only now, he’s helping people secure financial health instead of physical health.
Emil has been investing in real estate since the 1980s. In 2009, he took decades of hands-on experience and turned it into a full-time mission—initially guiding fellow Pharmacists through the sale of their businesses and later expanding into residential and investment real estate for buyers, sellers, and investors.
Today, as The Real Estate Pharmacist®, Emil blends sharp market insight with a patient, detail-driven, service-first approach.
