Bio
Emily joined Tilstone as an Asset Manager in April 2025. She has over 10 years’ real estate experience, having most recently been responsible for the Estate Management of industrial properties, 280 acre head office campus, and pension fund property portfolio at Boots UK.
After obtaining a degree in French and Italian in 2014, Emily went on to complete graduate rotations at Savills, and a Masters degree in Real Estate Management, before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2017. Post-qualification, Emily specialised in Development Set Up at Savills and advised a range of retail and industrial clients on service charge and property management set up of properties in the planning process and/or under development.
