Bio
Emily joined the Brazos Residential team as an Investment Manager with nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience.
Before joining Brazos, Emily worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Northmarq. In this role, she supported a highly active production team through underwriting, loan requests, due diligence, and closing, as well as numerous other support functions. During her tenure at Northmarq, Emily coordinated the loan closing process for over $4 billion in debt and equity across 140+ transactions. She has experience working with debt funds, regional banks, life companies, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Emily received her BA in Communication from Texas A&M University. After graduating, Emily went on to receive her Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M, as well.
