Emily Downs Smith is Tierra Grande Real Estate's marketing and management strategist. In addition to being a member of the Tierra Grande team, Emily is the owner and founder of Black Dog Services: a marketing, management, event production, and staffing company. She is also a former athlete and a 2010 graduate of Concordia University Texas in Austin, Texas. Emily brings valuable knowledge and experience to the Tierra Grande team from her experience working as a digital events product manager and producer for an Austin-based tech company, as well as her time as the marketing director for an Atlanta-based multinational law firm and a Texas-based manufacturing company. Emily handles all marketing, office management tasks, and transaction coordination for the Tierra Grande team. When she is not working, Emily spends her time with her husband, Jordan, and their pets, a dog and two cats. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
