Emily White brings over two decades of distinguished property management experience to her role at CBRE, where she leads the Property Management business in Atlanta. Her leadership is defined by a forward-thinking, data-driven approach to asset operations, making her a trusted partner for institutional and regional investors seeking to optimize the value of their real estate portfolios.
Prior to joining CBRE, Emily served as Executive Vice President and Industrial Property Management Lead at JLL. In that role, she oversaw a high-performing team of more than 20 professionals responsible for managing over 60 million square feet of industrial assets across the southeastern United States. Her career has also included senior-level positions managing prominent office portfolios for national and regional investment firms, where she consistently delivered operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.
Emily is a respected voice in the industry and remains actively involved in the commercial real estate community. She is a dedicated member of NAIOP Georgia and BOMA Georgia. At BOMA, she plays a key educational role as an advisor for the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation program and leads the Industrial Real Estate Special Interest Group. Her past leadership includes serving as Chair of the Government Affairs Committee and Co-Chair of The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Committee.
