Emily L Wood is a commercial real estate and technology executive who helps companies scale through operations, technology, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives. At Trivium Real Estate Advisors, she leads operations and growth initiatives, helping build the infrastructure, processes, and systems that support the firm's continued expansion.
Previously, she served as Head of Go-To-Market for Capital Markets at LightBox following its acquisition of Revere CRE, where she was Vice President and led sales, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives. Before that, she founded Huntington Creative, a marketing agency serving commercial real estate and PropTech companies, and Raise Vegan Inc., a media company that launched multiple products, publications, and strategic partnerships. She also served as CEO of WorkSmart Coworking, helping expand the business into a hybrid model combining commercial real estate, marketing services, and community-driven growth initiatives.
Emily is also the founder of LØFTEN, a strategic advisory platform focused on helping commercial real estate, PropTech, and international companies navigate growth, operational scale, and expansion into the U.S. market.
A recognized thought leader at the intersection of commercial real estate, technology, and AI, Emily is a frequent public speaker, podcast host, and industry moderator. She has spoken at leading industry conferences and events, including GlobeSt, and was recognized as a GlobeSt Women of Influence award winner for her contributions to innovation and technology within commercial real estate.
