Enrique Vasquez Plaza brings more than 20 years of real estate and mortgage industry experience, having worked through dramatically different markets, from the real estate boom prior to 2007, through the housing crisis and short sale years, to the recovery and today’s evolving post-Covid market.
With a background in mortgage lending, high-volume loan processing, short sales and loan modifications, Enrique brings real-world experience to every transaction. Over the past five years, he has been involved in close to $100 million in real estate transactions, including residential, multifamily, investment, commercial and off-market sales.
