Mr. Berlin has concentrated his efforts in Northern Virginia for 35+ years with a focus on the Alexandria and Arlington submarkets. He specializes in representing the interests of government contractors, technology companies, as well as national associations and non-profit organizations, managing their transactions and portfolios in all aspects of the real estate process.
