Mr. Chang started his own real estate investment and brokerage business, U.S. Asia Group, Inc. in 1985. During the last 37 years, U.S. Asia Group, Inc. has developed into one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage firms in the Chicago area specialized in servicing Asian market. Mr. Chang personally involved in real estate transactions volume of well over one billion dollars through those years, including more than 1 million square feet of industrial properties and over 1,000 units of multi-family rental properties transactions during the last 3 years. U S Asia Group, Inc. has also been successful introducing oversea investors into US commercial real estate investments for many years in hospitality and office fields. Mr. Chang is also Chairman of the U. S. Pacific Management, Inc., a real estate management and investment company which owns diversified real estate portfolios in various States of United States.
