Eric Churchill serves as Chief Operating Officer at Meyer Jabara Hotels, where he oversees portfolio-wide operations and drives strategic initiatives to enhance performance and guest satisfaction. He joined the company in 2004 as General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott Copley Square in Boston and later managed the Providence Marriott, a larger full-service property where he refined his leadership skills. In 2013, Churchill was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations before assuming the COO role in 2025.
With more than two decades at Meyer Jabara Hotels, Churchill has played a pivotal role in operational excellence and cultural development, including chairing the company’s Journey Leadership Operating Platform. His career began in hospitality as an assistant executive housekeeper at Harvey DFW Airport, followed by management roles with Bristol Hotels and Resorts. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University.
