Eric Crutchfield is the Vice Chairman of our Savills office in Dallas, where he specializes in providing advisory services to Industrial tenants. He brings over 13 years of exceptional commercial real estate experience to the firm, where he will lead growth and strategy for the Dallas region, leveraging our global platform. Eric represents tenants locally and nationally, managing their portfolios and handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and development.
Prior to joining Savills, he was Executive Vice President for Stream Realty Partners’ Industrial division in its Dallas headquarters. During his tenure, he was responsible for local and national tenant representation, national portfolio management, acquisition/disposition services, project leasing, investment sales, and development services. Over the span of his career, he has closed over 40 million square feet in transactions totaling nearly $1 billion in value. Eric has built a reputation for delivering strategic, results-driven solutions across the industrial landscape.
