Eric Elrod serves as Senior Vice President of Development Management for Hillwood and oversees the development management and construction of all projects, horizontal and vertical. Projects range from designing and constructing office, industrial, and retail properties to build-to-suits, speculative buildings, and customer facilities for the AllianceTexas development. A world-class, master-planned development, AllianceTexas spans over 27,000 acres and includes 60 million square feet of commercial development, 590 corporate residents, and more than 66,000 employees.
Eric brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in project management, including working with corporate residents, architects and contractors throughout the design and construction phases of new facilities. During his tenure at Hillwood, Eric has constructed over 12.5 million square feet of various commercial buildings, including industrial, office, retail, aviation, and hospitality.
Eric is also an accredited LEED Green Associate with knowledge of sustainable design, construction and operations.
Eric served in the United States Marine Corps for four years and was deployed to Iraq twice.
