Eric Fidler combines legal expertise with hands-on understanding of the dealmaking process. A graduate of St. John’s University, Eric leverages his analytical skills, negotiation experience, and market knowledge to deliver value to both landlords and tenants in the competitive New York City real estate market.
With a background in legal research and transactional support, Eric brings clarity to complex deals while keeping his clients’ needs front and center. Prior to brokerage, Eric was directly involved in more than $100 million worth of closings, guiding his clients through both the due diligence process and negotiations with a mix of precision and care.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in legal studies. His interests include water sports, film, music, traveling, and exploring new cities and cultures.
