Eric Guerrin is Vice President of Operations for Wood Partners. He joined Wood Partners in 2014 and is responsible for the operational performance of properties in the Atlanta and Florida markets. Eric has 25+ years of experience in the multifamily industry and has spent the last 12+ years in leadership roles with a focus on the Atlanta market. Eric specializes in new development lease-up communities and is well-versed in acquisitions, dispositions, and repositioning assets. He has a knack for recruiting and building top-performing teams that contribute to the success of each asset and ownership entity, and he is committed to supporting his teams for future growth.
Prior to joining Wood Partners, Eric held several positions during his 16-year tenure with Gables Residential.
Eric’s other interests include spending time with family and his two dogs, horseback riding, and cruising in the Caribbean.
He attended Farmingdale University, has his CAM certification, and is an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association.
