Eric began his career in real estate in 2004 as an appraiser trainee, completing hundreds of residential appraisals across Southern California and ultimately reaching the “Certified Appraiser” level. Transitioning to brokerage, he acquired his salesperson license focusing on residential and commercial sales and loan origination. Eric secured his broker license in 2007 and went on to found California Standards, Inc, a thriving real estate enterprise with a comprehensive range of services. His strategic vision led to the establishment of multiple successful brands statewide including United Realty Group, California Standards Realty & Financial, United Capital Escrow, A Non-Independent Broker Escrow, and many others. He’s recruited and mentored hundreds of agents, oversees a team of approximately 140 agents at any given time, and has brokered over $1B in transactions. Eric has led institutional asset management and disposition services handling complex real estate transactions, and has been called on as an expert witness. He is also an active investor.
