Eric Kahn began his career in real estate in 1985 after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. He initially worked at Walters & Samuels, Inc. and then in 1990 joined First New York Realty Brokers, LLC (FNY)as a commercial real estate broker. In the past four years alone, he has negotiated leases with an aggregate rent of over $35,000,000. Eric’s specialty lies in Class A office space.
