Eric joined Oregon Choice Group in 2016. He was an experienced listing and buyer's agent with another Portland real estate agency before joining Oregon Choice Group. Most real estate agents work for the seller as the listing agent, and while he is a top listing broker, he strongly advocates that home buyers hire a local and experienced buyer side real estate agent for better results! It's an easy CHOICE. Oregon Choice Group is a focused Buyers Agency celebrating their tenth year representing Oregon home buyers. The company was founded by Mary Anne, Eric's mother, in the Bay Area communities. Eric basically grew up in a real estate household. His first job was working as customer support and marketing for the company and often assisted clients with their relocation and move details. Eric is an active member of the NAR, OAR, PMAR, RMLS and a Diamond level Masters Circle Member. He is also an enthusiastic and dedicated community volunteer for many local charitable groups lending his time and talents. Eric's first home, a craftsman built in 1928 that he renovated and updated in the Oak Grove neighborhood of Milwaukie. When he isn't working he is hiking somewhere it the beautiful Oregon wonderland.
