Eric Lyon is a Managing Director of Leasing and Marketing at Hines, where he leads leasing strategy and marketing efforts across the firm’s West Region portfolio. Based in Los Angeles, Eric is responsible for driving occupancy, positioning assets competitively, and cultivating long-term relationships with tenants and brokerage partners across a diverse set of office properties.
Eric brings more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, with deep expertise in landlord and tenant representation, office leasing, and market strategy. Prior to joining Hines in 2010, he was a Partner at Real Tech, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage firm, where he advised clients on leasing and transactional strategy in Southern California.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance & Management from Loyola Marymount University. Throughout his career, Eric has been recognized for his market knowledge, collaborative approach, and ability to execute complex leasing initiatives for institutional-quality assets.
