Eric Newman's business career started in Marshall, MN where he attended Southwest State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration along with a Minor in Marketing. Before entering the real estate business, he previously worked as a personal banker for several years. He has a very strong knowledge of the borrowing process and financial side of a real estate transaction. This experience allows him to easily guide his clients through the complicated process of finding the best possible financing options. He has also previously worked as a web production specialist which has given him the ability to use the internet and social media to best serve his clients by actively promoting his listings and providing resources to his buyers and sellers.
As a licensed broker in the state of Minnesota, Eric has overseen thousands of transactions since 2001 in both a broker and sales advisor capacity. His primary service areas include the Willmar/New London-Spicer lakes area, the Twin Cities metro area, Hutchinson, Buffalo Lake-Hector, and the Alexandria lakes area.
